Sweet Tee Designs – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sweet Tee Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom or personalized designs

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Gift cards


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@sweetteeshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the item you want is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
