  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; we’ll notify you if your order needs extra processing days.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sweetteeshop.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sweet Tee Designs is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
